2. Services described

We provide educational training in technical analysis and multi-timeframe chart reading, including workshops, one-to-one coaching, weekly clinics, and corporate sessions. Our services are educational only. We do not provide regulated investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or trading signals.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed when we send written confirmation by email and, where applicable, receive your deposit or full payment. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where stated. Payment methods and due dates are specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, workbooks, recordings, and website content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use materials for personal study but may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without our written consent. You retain ownership of charts and notes you create during sessions.

5. Conduct during sessions

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts a session, without refund where removal is due to the participant's behaviour.

6. Disclaimer

Trading financial markets involves risk. Our training describes chart reading techniques and routines; it does not guarantee trading results or financial outcomes. You are solely responsible for decisions made in your own accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or attendance at our sessions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking shall not exceed the fees paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Website use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial reuse, or use the site in any way that could harm its operation or other users.

9. Governing law
