Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training services booked with Insightworkhub Ltd. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Multi-Timeframe Workshop

Deposit (£150): Non-refundable once your seat is confirmed. It secures your place and covers preparation materials allocated to you.

Balance cancellation by you:

• More than 21 days before start date: full balance refunded minus the non-refundable deposit
• 8–21 days before: 50% of total workshop fee refunded
• 7 days or fewer: no refund of balance

Rescheduling: One free transfer to a later workshop date if requested at least 14 days before your original start date, subject to availability. A second transfer incurs a £50 administration fee.

Cancellation by us: If we cancel a workshop, you receive a full refund including deposit, or a transfer to another date at your choice.

One-to-One Coaching

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the session fee. No-shows are charged in full.

Four-session blocks are valid for six months from purchase. Unused sessions after that period are non-refundable unless we agree an extension in writing due to exceptional circumstances.

Weekly Market Routine Clinic

Single session fees (£35) are non-refundable once the Friday session has started. If you cancel before the session begins, credit may be applied to a future Friday at our discretion.

Monthly passes (£120) may be cancelled before the next billing date. No partial refunds for the current month once the first clinic of that month has been attended.

Corporate half-day sessions

Refund terms are specified in your signed quotation. Typically, deposits for corporate bookings are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.

Non-refundable items

• Workshop deposits once a seat is confirmed
• Printed workbooks already dispatched by post
• Coaching or clinic sessions missed without timely cancellation
• Monthly clinic passes after the first attended session of the billing month

Work already started

If you attend part of a workshop or complete a coaching session, fees for the portion delivered are non-refundable. Partial attendance on day one of a two-day workshop is treated as day one delivered.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen working days. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for serious illness or bereavement with supporting documentation. Contact us as soon as possible — we aim to find a fair solution such as credit or transfer rather than automatic refusal.
